The REAL Secrets to Success

Posted by grndstf on May 20, 2007

In March, 2007, I was invited to participate in a project called “Simply Success Secrets” I was very surprised to find that Aaron Potts at Todayisthatday.com, the creator of this project, has put together a thorough overview of the final posts.

This project must have been very time consuming and the fact that Aaron has put it together is a major service to anyone who reads or participates in this project.

Aaron’s success roundup is available and consists of 150+ responses.

I know you will enjoy this information and it will prove to be a roadmap to the success you desire.

Praise and Celebrate Your Life – The Power of Gratitude

Posted by grndstf on May 17, 2007

“The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.” Oprah Winfrey

This is a powerful quote and I encourage my readers to post this where they can see it everyday. Turn on the power of gratitude. Gratitude is an energy, a force, beyond all others.

You can not open the doors to receive in your life until you are grateful for what you have, and not just the things you have, but the circumstances the people, your mind, your inner power, your dreams, your desires, your life and all things touching your life. It is all a part of who you are and the future you have.

Be grateful

It’s All About Having FUN – Living with Intent

Posted by grndstf on May 16, 2007

We talk a great deal here about The Law of Attraction and what you think about you bring about. Which, is absolutely true and fact. But one very important aspect we seldom talk about is the vibration which controls the Law of Attraction. Michael Losier, author of The Law of Attraction calls it Vibes.

Each of us is energy and energy creates vibes or vibrations. The Law of Attraction brings things to us in life, based on the vibration we are putting out. This is why it is so important to feel good when you want to attract good to you.

When I was in the Corporate World, and quite frankly, for most of my life, I honestly thought that I had to work hard in order to move ahead. And believe me, I worked very hard. I was in the Airline industry for almost 30 years and traveled on business a great deal. I honestly thought that I should be grateful for being sent overseas for months at a time, missing my family and friends and basically giving up my life for my job.

I am grateful that I finally woke up and learned, through my study of the Law of Attraction, that success had absolutely nothing to do with working hard, and everything to do with who I was (a successful human being) and the vibration I was putting out into the universe.

Wow, in other words, I learned the more fun I had, the more money I made and the more money I made, the more I accomplished and made a difference. I learned that it was all about having FUN!

That is when we decided to move to the beach and start living our lives. I spend almost every morning walking on the beach and playing with my border collie. It seems the more fun we have, the more productive my day is. Why is that? Because I am vibrating fun and energy! My vibration of living my life and enjoying every day is very attractive to the people I meet.

I am amazed at how many people I talk to while out having fun just want to know what we do that we can spend so much time outside, on the beach, at the coffee shop, at the bookstore, at the local hangouts and just enjoying our lives. Isn’t that what everyone really wants? They want to live their lives, on their own terms and just be present with who they are.

I know this is short, but the point is very simple. If you are an entrepreneur and you are tied to your desk and your computer and your office …. GET OUT! Go out and do what you want to do. BE the person you want to be. If you stay in your office, the Law of Attraction will just bring more need to stay in your office! Get out and enjoy yourself. Meet people and let THEM ask YOU what you do…

Wow, life is magical when you just ALLOW it to WORK!

To your success!

Moving Beyond the Challenge – Dealing with Adversity

Posted by grndstf on May 14, 2007

Life presents us with challenges. A simple but true reality. The obvious question is why some people deal with adversity or challenges, better than others, why some people conquer challenges and others just woefully submit to them, only to wait for the next challenge to come.

Is there something underlying here, something that some people have that others do not that allows them to deal with challenges better?

How do you handle your challenges? Do you balk in the face of them or do you move through them like a Sherman Tank? Do you relive them over and over or do you forget them once they are resolved? Do they energize you or suck the life out of you? Are you grateful for them or devastated by them? These are important questions you should evaluate for yourself.

As an avid student of personal development and personal responsibility, I have learned one thing above all else. The spiritual and environmental laws, not legalistic laws that govern us on this earth bring us challenges. Many times, we create these challenges simply from the drama we crave or desire without understanding we are doing it to ourselves.

Sometimes they are major, other times they are minor, the key though is how we deal with them. The Law of Attraction is very simple, you attract into your life what you think about, talk about and expect, or in other words “what you think about will come about”.

Any situation you have in your life, good or bad, is there because you attracted it. There is a reason why you have adversity and challenges always coming up in your life. And certainly, if you see to constantly confront challenges, you are without knowing, asking for them in your life.

Any situation you have in your life is the result of choices you have made and what you expect to happen. Have you ever had something happen and find yourself saying “see, I knew that was going to happen”? Take a few minutes to look at your challenge. Walk though the events leading up to it and identify the choices you made that might have created it. Write down those choices. Once you have done this, go through the list one by one and strike them out, writing out what choice you could have made instead that would have given you a different outcome.

Say to yourself “This is my problem and I am going to correct it.” Attitude is everything when it comes to getting through a challenge.

Talk with someone who is very positive and supportive. You should never mentor with people who feed your problems. If the person you are listening to does not offer solutions and hold you accountable with positive support, find someone else to mentor you.

Embrace the opportunity to change the root of your problem. All problems are a result of the direction you are moving. Evaluate your direction and regroup if necessary.

Consciously make an effort to change your belief system. Get involved in a good personal development program and work on the paradigms that drive your beliefs.

Take control of your feelings. If you get emotionally involved with a problem, it will consume you and seem much bigger than it really is. Approach it without fear. You have total control over how you feel, choose to not feel fear.

Look only at the things that can go right, never look at what can go wrong. This will provide you with positive feelings, therefore having a positive effect on what you are attracting.

Set some major goals. If you are not working with a goal system, you should incorporate one immediately. By keeping your eyes on your goals, you will go right through adversities as a minor diversion and they will never consume you.

Your goals should always be much bigger than your situation. If your goals are not big enough to get you through adversity, you should change your goals. Your goals should be big enough to get you very excited.

Create your own outcome. By visualizing, or creating a movie in your mind, of how you want things to play out and staying tuned into this movie, you will be able to overcome anything.

Be grateful for the challenge. A challenge is an opportunity for you to improve your beliefs, your goals, your optimism and your self esteem.

Once you have overcome a challenge, you will look at it from a new direction, seeing it for what it really is, a diversion. Always keep things in perspective. Therefore, when the next challenge comes, you will move confidently closer to your actual goal.

Problems, adversities or challenges should never stop you from moving toward your goals. They may sometimes provide a slight diversion, but if your belief system and your desires are strong enough, they will never change your outcome. Always have faith you are moving in the right direction.

Keep in mind that fear and faith are the same thing, believing in something you can not see. However, one will destroy you and the other opens the door to endless possibilities. It is entirely your choice.

To your success,

Prosperity and Abundance is Your Birthright – Living with Intent

Posted by grndstf on May 7, 2007

Too often, the underlying reason people never experience true prosperity in any area of life is due to their feelings of deservability. Our society has perpetuated the myth for years that successful people are mean, greedy and even untrustworthy. We have been fed the propaganda that we should not want to be wealthy and there is not enough money for everyone. Our society has told us we do not deserve to be wealthy.

I am here to tell you that is absolute hogwash! Everyone deserves to have all the success and abundance they desire. Even the Bible tells us we can have the desires of our hearts and our purpose on earth is prosperity in every area. If we have the desire within to be prosperous and successful then we have the means to achieve it. It is our birthright to have prosperity and abundance, God created the world with more than enough of everything for everyone. Everyone is born with the right to be prosperous and abundant.

What our society, media and schools do not teach us is there is more than enough money in this world for every desire. Money is endless, it is an energy that grows with use. The more we put it to work and circulate it, the more there is. It must flow and circulate to grow. One basic rule of business is if you want to increase the income from a business, you must grow the business. The same rule applies to money in general, it must be used to increase.

We are not taught how to make money, we are taught to work hard. Most highly successful people will tell you the wealth came from learning to work smart or wisely and allowing the universe to reap the returns of the effort. The hard work of creating wealth, or should I say the hardest part, is working on ourselves. Developing a prosperity consciousness and a vision of success, which therefore drives a life of intention.

A person who is truly intent on creating wealth and that intention is driven by a giving heart will experience a level of financial success that is unmeasurable and not imaginable. We are not taught that wealth in our world is proportionate to the number of people we serve, the amount of service we provide and amount of money we give away.

Look at Bill Gates for example. He is the richest man in the world, but also the greatest philanthropist in the world. He makes more because he gives more. A basic law of this world is you can not out give the amount you can receive. The more you give (with a passionate and loving heart) the more you receive.

So let’s address the greatest argument of all times about having wealth and abundance. “Money does not buy happiness”. I love this one. No, money does not buy happiness, it buys comfort. When we are comfortable, we have the time and the means to find real happiness in our lives. If this fable were true, then the poorest of poor people would be the happiest. We know this is not true. Normally when you meet a poor person who is happy, it is simply because they have given up and given in, they have settled for much less than they deserve.

My personal goal is to help as many people as possible to live the life they deserve to live, a life of prosperity and abundance in every area. I am accomplishing this goal through my business, offering a powerful program to assist in establishing a mindset of wealth consciousness and by giving generously to the missions and charities I choose. My plan is to tell as many people as I can touch about the power they have inside them, the power to have anything they desire and to empower them to achieve real goals.

I acknowledge that money is not everything but it is extraordinarily important. The best thing I can do for the poor is to not be one, therefore helping large numbers of the poor through giving and providing hope.

Write this in your journal today and put it where you can see it frequently: “I deserve to be prosperous and abundant in every area of my life”.

Now, work on those goals. Think Big, think great, think giving. Then, be intent on living the life you have defined for yourself. Include giving as a major purpose for your success. Look at what you are doing in life. Are you on the route which will take you to those huge goals? If not, then start expecting the right route to show itself, it will. There is a route for each of us, if we are intent on it revealing itself.

I will talk in other posts about how to identify your purpose when it is presented. In the mean time, make it a fabulous and prosperous day. You deserve it.

We ARE Liberty League, not just DO Liberty League

Posted by grndstf on May 5, 2007

So, people ask me all the time what I do. Obviously, I work from home, have tons of free time, do what I want to do and am assisting my community. Liberty League is why I can do these things. The truth is, yes, Liberty League is what I do, but more importantly, I AM Liberty League. I love this company, the community and every thing that it stands for.

I started with Liberty League International in June 2004. Literally, I was exhausted, fed up with my management job and just tired of living someone else’s dreams. So late one Sunday night, knowing that Monday would be horrible as they always were, I was searching the internet, hoping for a new beginning.

And, I found it…

Thanks to this amazing opportunity, my husband and I both left our jobs, moved to where we really wanted to live (the beach) and very proud that we are making a real difference in the lives of other people and our community. Before coming here, we only talked about “some day” and “maybe” but now we live our dreams everyday.

Through LLI’s product, Beyond Freedom, I learned not only that I have total control over my life and my lifestyle, but how to take control of my life. Beyond Freedom is part of my daily personal development, guiding me to be the best I can be. Before Beyond Freedom, I never really understood how to make the Law of Attraction and The Secret work for me. Now, they are part of everything I do because Beyond Freedom assisted me in changing my thinking to allow them to work.

There is no end to what we know we can create. We are so grateful to have this product and this company in our lives and know without any doubt that God brought us here and we are where He wants us to be. We are grateful to Him for putting this piece of our life puzzle together for us. And we are grateful to the founders of Liberty League for creating something so powerful.

Always, to your success,
Wanda Grindstaff

What Questions are you Asking? Creating Your Results.

Posted by grndstf on May 2, 2007

I spent this past weekend masterminding with extremely successful entrepreneurs. This was not just wannabes, but people who are living an extreme lifestyle. One thing they all have in common is they are students of personal development and have used these principles to create a life of dreams. The topic we discussed primarily was duplication and I was repeatedly moved by one question over and over again.

“What Questions are you Asking “Yourself”?

Who we are and who we want to be are frequently two different people. Often, we have a clear picture of the person we want to be. We know the basic principles for making the change but there just seems to be a block keeping us from our desired destination. We know what we want and we know we can have it, but the results seem very to materialize.

Unfortunately, we are our own worse enemy when we are “working” toward changing ourselves, or shall I say when we are creating the person of our dreams. We can completely miss the most important element since it is not frequently discussed. This is an element which completely removes the work involved in change.

As students of personal development, we watch what we say, what we think and even how we react. But, do we listen to the questions we ask ourselves? These questions can either block the development and prosperity we desire, or they can propel us to a level of untold wealth and prosperity. The questions we ask ourselves are more powerful than any meditation or affirmations.

Questions for ourselves come from deep within. When we ask ourselves questions, we tend to be brutal and not entirely objective.

Self questions should not replace meditation or affirmations, but should be a part of our development. We should create a habit of asking the right questions at the right time.

Questions have more power with our subconscious mind. When we ask ourselves a question, it forces our subconscious mind to deliver a specific answer to our conscious mind. Our subconscious mind must rely on information we have fed it, it does not know if we are telling it the truth or pretending. When we ask a question of ourselves, the subconscious mind must work at delivering a response, providing great energy and vibration.

Let’s take a look at some of the questions we could be asking.

When you look in the mirror, do you ask yourself;

Why did I color my hair?
Why am I wearing this ugly sweater?
When did I put on that extra weight?

These are very negative questions, and even though you may apply good principles in providing yourself an answer, the damage is done through the question itself.

Try these questions instead;

Why does that color look so good on me?
Why does this sweater look so unique?
Why am I looking so thin and healthy today?

This approach may seem a bit uncomfortable at first but you will find the emotion of the question is extremely powerful and uplifting, increasing your vibration dramatically. And of course, the vibration holds the power of the Law of Attraction.

Practice this method often. Always ask yourself awesome questions. Questions that are as big as the goals you desire. The bigger your goal, the more powerful your questions should be. For example:

- Why am I so brilliant?
- Why am I so good at what I do?
- How can I increase my income this month by an additional $40,000?
- How can I give an additional $20,000 to charity?
- How can I change the lives of more people?
- How can I make a big difference today?

Awesome questions will raise your vibrations and dramatically speed up and increase your results. Give it a try.

Just another tool for your personal development toolkit to take you to the life you deserve.
